ABOUT ILLUSTRATOR
Su Jen Buchheim is the daughter
of Margaret Lim and was born in 1978 in Berlin. She
graduated with Honours from Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, and
has been freelancing as an illustrator since.
Her first illustrated children's book "Just As You
Are", written by Nancy Freeman Marks, was published in 2004 by Wave
Publishing, Los Angeles.
Apart from the illustrations for "Just As You Are"
Su Jen Buchheim has done artwork for other clients such as Disney, Wellness Publishing
and Reproductions Inc., Deva Communications, Reagan's Recipe Inc. and the design
firm Adams Morioka.
Su Jen Buchheim is nominated for the Astrid Lindgren Memorial Awards (ALMA) 2008.
